Your bookmarks should now be imported back to Chrome. Open the drop-down menu next to your name in the top-right corner and choose Account Settings. Scroll to the Advanced section and select Restore Bookmarks.

Choose the bookmarks you want to restore, then select Done. Restart Safari if needed, then check to see if your bookmarks are back. Close Chrome. Under the Add to favorites menu, select Import and export…. Select Export to a file, and then select Next. Switch to the Location tab then click on Restore Default button. Select Shell Folders then in the right window right-click on Favorites and select Modify. In the value data field for Favorites type the following and hit Enter:. Select System Protection tab and choose System Restore.

Click Next and choose the desired System Restore point.
